SAME MISSION
Choices for Life (CFL) has recently made some changes which we are eager to share. On September 30, we discontinued our partnership with CFL of Talbot County and have become an outreach of Park Lane since October 1. Our new name is Heartbeat Pregnancy Help Center. However, our mission remains steadfast in offering life-affirming ‘choices’ to both the abortion-minded and younger women with unplanned pregnancies in Caroline County and neighboring counties.

About Us...
- Heartbeat PHC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, non-political Christian ministry.
- Operating income comes entirely from individuals, churches and businesses in the area that want to help women in crisis.
- We are completely autonomous and not controlled by any other organization or institution, but we are an affiliate member of Heartbeat International, Inc. who provides some of the training and printed resources we use.

Staffing...
Our organization is run by faithful volunteers. Our Coordinator runs and manages day-to-day operations of the center. Our Board meets monthly to review finances, plan fundraisers, and promote activities.
