Senior Pastor, Bishop Ray and First Lady Trish

Bishop & First Lady are Eastern Shore natives.  They were married in July 1977 and became the proud parents of three grown children: Cory, Sarah and Crystal and thirteen very special grandchildren. 

Ray was ordained with the Church of God (Cleveland TN) in 1987 and since then has served as Youth Minister, Evangelism and Visitation Director, Christian Education Director, Associate Pastor, church planter and most recently a board member of the Ministerial Internship Program.   The Parsons' 30 years of ministry and combined passions as worship leaders, musicians, Bible-teachers, ministry administrators and faith-community networkers has allowed them the rare and rewarding privilege to return to their hometown of Federalsburg and "make disciples of all men". 

  

 Associate Pastor,  N. Keith & Deena Colona

Keith and Deena are life long residents of Delmarva’s Eastern Shore. Since being married in August of 1996, they have been blessed with a precious gift from God, a son – Nicholas. 

Currently, Keith serves as an ordained minister within the Church of God. Prior to becoming the Associate Pastor at Park Lane, Keith served as Park Lane’s Youth Pastor, Director of Ministries and Drama Director. For more than 20 years now (long before marrying) the Colona’s were both committed and privileged to minister to their Park Lane family and community. Keith has written and directed numerous dramatic presentations, organized and/or coordinated various church and community functions/activities including Bible studies, fellowships and recreational activities. To Keith and Deena’s credit (and God’s glory), years have allowed them to teach the scriptures to all age levels at Park Lane, as well as, minister with their singing and musical talents. Together their passion is to win the lost, encourage the saints and challenge both the young and old to become more like Christ.

Celebrate Recovery Ministers, TJ & Carol Lay 

It's understandable if you think you've seen these two before. Who you may recognize as "Jimmy Hoppa" from "WBOC News This Morning" is actually our very own Pastor TJ. His wife, Carol, has taught in the Seaford School District since 1997. 

They helped with Park Lane's K.I.D.S. Church Konnection for several years and - as of January of this year - started the Celebrate Recovery small group for people recovering from all types of addictions, obsessions and unhealthy behaviors. Or, as the Celebrate Recovery home office likes to put it, "our hurts, habits and hangups." 

Both TJ and Carol are certified as Lay Ministers within the Church of God (the Lays are Lay Ministers - get it?!), and Pastor TJ is a chaplain for Nanticoke Hospital. 
  

RSM Youth Leaders, David & Mandy Trivits

David & Mandy are also Eastern Shore Natives and were both raised in the Church of God.  David attended the Parkway Church of God School from sixth to eleventh grade.  Mandy has attended Park Lane since she was a week old.  While in college, they started dating and attended Campus Crusade for Christ, an international College Ministry.  David and Mandy were married in September 2008 and welcomed an addition to their family February 2009.  They became the proud parents of Katie, a courageous Yorkshire Terrier.  Their hobbies include traveling, camping, and going to concerts.

As a teen, Mandy knew she wanted to work with teenagers and graduated with a degree in social work to accomplish her dream.  However, when Mandy was hired to work with adults, she assumed her professional dream may come in life later on. Little did she know God had better plans!  In September 2009 David & Mandy felt God calling them to work with the teens at Park Lane.  Today they are the youth leaders of Reality Student Ministries (RSM).
  

S.W.A.P., Pastor Sharon & Roger Boggess

Sharon & Roger Boggess have six children and thirteen grandchildren.  Sharon is an ordained minister in the Church of God; Roger is a retired United States veteran and Sharon’s ever present helper.  Pastor Sharon offers to Park Lane a rich ministry experience including: Sunday School, Children’s Church, Youth Ministry, Nursing Homes, pregnancy center, mentoring hurting women, associate and lead pastor.  Sharon and Roger lead “Seniors With A Purpose” (S.W.A.P), and thoroughly enjoy encouraging the saints, saving souls, accomplishing the will of God, so that He may be glorified in everything they do.   
 

 KIDS Konnection Ministers, Tony & Keri Marshall

Tony & Keri, Lay Ministers of Park Lane Church of God, have been married for 6 1/2 years and are the proud parents of four children; Tony Jr, Troy, Bryce, and Emma. Tony attended Lancaster Bible College for Youth Ministry and Early Childhood Education.  Keri is a Lee University graduate andhas been a member of Park Lane since she was young. Tony & Keri have served as KIDS Church Konnection leaders since 2006.

In November 2010,  the Marshalls  graduated Lay Leadership Development(LLD).  During the 12-month course, God prepared them to teach the children.  Upon completion, God gave them the vision to love the children like He loves them.  He also showed Tony how to help them by applying His teachings to their daily life. Keri longed to find her "own place" where the Lord wanted her.  After completing LLD, she knew her calling was to continue to work with the children and begin leading Women's Discipleship.  As the Lord leads Keri as President, she anticipates Him moving in the lives of the women as the church grows closer to their Savior and one another.
